In Serbia, tra le citta' di Stara Pazova e Nova Pazova, si trova il moderno e nuovissimo centro commerciale "BiG Pazova". Il promotore immobiliare detiene e gestisce 11 grandi centri commerciali, 10 in Serbia e 1 in Montenegro. 

 

Il nuovo centro commerciale e' situato su un terreno di 57.000 metri quadrati e offre un mix di svago e ristorazione per la comunita' locale e per i turisti. La sicurezza antincendio deve essere di altissimo livello, per garantire la protezione delle decine di migliaia di persone che lo visitano ogni anno, delle centinaia di dipendenti e dei marchi che vendono i loro prodotti e servizi.

Unipelektra, System Partner di Hochiki Europe, e' un'azienda serba molto conosciuta per l'installazione di sistemi di rivelazione incendi ad alte prestazioni e il loro team e' stato incaricato di occuparsi del sistema antincendio per il progetto BiG.

Presso il BiG Pazova sono state installate diverse centinaia di dispositivi, tra cui multisensori, pulsanti manuali e segnalatori acustici appartenenti alla gamma ESP di Hochiki, comprovata a livello mondiale. Questa gamma di dispositivi indirizzabili per la rivelazione e l'allarme antincendio e' stata progettata e prodotta secondo i più alti standard internazionali, tra cui LPCB, VdS ed EN 54. Tutti i prodotti utilizzano il protocollo di comunicazione digitale ad alta integrita' "Enhanced Systems Protocol" (ESP) di Hochiki, che da' il nome alla gamma.

 

E' dimostrato che la gamma ESP contribuisce a ridurre i falsi allarmi grazie a una serie di caratteristiche progettuali che comprendono una camera del rivelatore ad alte prestazioni, impostazioni di sensibilita' regolabili, compensazione della deriva e indirizzamento esteso.

The fire safety therefore needs to be of the highest standard ensuring that the tens of thousands of members of the public who visit every year, the hundreds of staff members and the household brands who sell their products and services are all protected.

The team were commissioned by Koto Ltd, a design and construction company also based in Serbia, as the fire detection specialists for the BIG project. Choosing a whole solution for fire detection, Hochiki’s market leading ESP range was installed across the mall. Srdjan Vujasevic, project lead said

Over 600 devices including multi-sensors, call points and sounders were installed at BIG Pazova from Hochiki Europe’s globally proven ESP range. This intelligent range of addressable fire detection and alarm equipment has been designed and manufactured to the highest international standards, including LPCB, VdS and EN 54, offering a highly reliable solution. All products use Hochiki’s high integrity digital communications link ‘Enhanced Systems Protocol’ (ESP), giving the range its name.

The ESP range is proven to help reduce false alarms due to a host of design features including a high-performance smoke sensor chamber, adjustable sensor sensitivity settings, sensor drift compensation and extended addressing. It is also compliant to world recognised standards such as LPCB and VdS.
